 Afghan Tribal Arts is a major supplier of beads, ethnic jewelry, and tribal costumes from Afghanistan.  Beads are either carved of natural stones found in Afghanistan or made of metals, including sterling silver.

Our beads are hand carved from natural stones found in Afghanistan.  They are raw, unpolished, making them unique in the world of shiny beads.  As the stones are porous, they pick up the oils of the skin when worn and develop a rich, deep luster.  They are cool to the touch, have a wonderful, solid weight, and must not be mistaken for imitation, dyed beads!

Most of the beads range from $20-$40 wholesale, depending on the stone, the size, and the carving.  Did you know that Lapis Lazuli is found only in Afghanistan and in Chile?  And, that Jade can be many other colors than green?
